In its first interim arbitration ruling, the arbitration board (Schiedsstelle) considers itself competent in cases where, after a routine practice data collection (anwendungsbegleitende Datenerhebung, AbD) has not been started, the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds (GKV-Spitzenverband) calls on the pharmaceutical manufacturer to conclude a supplementary agreement on the reimbursement amount and the parties are unable to reach an agreement.
